Saree Tales is an online store that offers authentic handloom sarees sourced directly from traditional weavers across India.By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

Products and Services
All sarees listed are handloom and handcrafted, and may have slight variations in color, weave, or texture as they are natural characteristics of handmade products.
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will match the actual product color.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made via Shopify’s secure payment gateway, supporting credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
International shipping (if applicable) may take longer and could be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Saree Tales is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
As our sarees are handcrafted, we accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sini@saree-tales.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and details of the defect.
Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition, with tags intact.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

All content on our website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and text, is the property of Saree Tales and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
