Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Saree Tales, we strive to deliver premium handloom sarees that meet your expectations. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sini@saree-tales.com with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to use or improper care after delivery
3. Return Process
- Email us at sini@saree-tales.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Attach clear images or a video showing the defect or damage.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
- For approved returns within India, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost. For international orders or if pickup is not possible, you may be required to ship the product back at your expense.
4. Exchange Policy
- If your return is approved and the requested product is available, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the same product is not available, we will offer a similar item or issue store credit.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided only as store credit in the form of a one-time-use coupon code valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- No cash or bank refunds are provided under any circumstances, including for COD orders.
- Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.
6. Important Notes
- Minor color variations due to photography lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
- Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
